What's the typical engagement length?
Quarter-on-quarter renewal, no minimum. We want the engineer doing useful work; if they're not, we replace them or wind down.
Can I convert an engineer to a direct hire?
Yes — conversion is supported with a transparent, scope-defined fee. We don't make conversion painful.
What about offshore?
We have engineers in India who work as part of integrated teams with US-based seniors. Time-zone overlap is engineered, not assumed.
